My Background: I have over 20 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries, including the healthcare field, mostly in long-term care and behavioral health. Unfortunately, I’ve witnessed insurance companies refusing to pay for much-needed services, and how that adversely impacted clients’ lives.

My goal with PRIA: I always joke that I put the “human” in human resources. I know that our greatest asset is our people. I spend time getting to know employees on a personal level, and I make sure they are treated fairly and with a “spirit of caring.” I also love watching employees grow their careers here. Nothing is more rewarding than giving employees tools to be successful, and ensuring our employees are engaged and passionate about what we do will help us improve the quality of life of our clients.

My Motivation: I love the warm, inviting culture of the employees who work here and their passion for helping our clients. PRIA has such forward-thinking vision and has identified a need in the marketplace that no one is doing in the way that we do. It is exciting to be part of such a cutting-edge industry and seeing how our clients are benefiting from what we do. The commitment our employees have for what they do never wavers. It truly is rewarding to watch every day.

On a Personal Note: I have a passion for writing and just finished writing and publishing a witty women’s self-help book. I also love cooking, entertaining friends and exploring new wineries!
