Chelsy Peet is the Head of Operations at PRIA Healthcare, where she leads operational strategy and execution across PRIA’s Patient Access Platform Solutions. In this role, she oversees core operational initiatives and manages PRIA’s Patient Access Specialist team, ensuring programs are scalable, efficient, and consistently deliver high-quality support to healthcare providers, patients, and client partners navigating access and reimbursement complexity.
Chelsy’s expertise spans patient access operations, process optimization, program execution, client partnership, and cross-functional leadership. Since joining PRIA in 2019, she has supported and scaled some of the organization’s most complex and high-impact programs, helping strengthen PRIA’s ability to deliver seamless service and measurable outcomes. Her work has directly contributed to improved performance, including a 20% increase in operational efficiency, along with sustained operational rigor; reducing overdue tasks across active programs to ensure every patient case is tracked, actioned, and supported without delay.
Chelsy began her career at PRIA as an Account Manager, quickly becoming a trusted leader for key accounts and high-priority initiatives. In early 2022, she transitioned to the Business Development team as a process expert, partnering with new and established clients to translate PRIA’s solutions into clear operational models and successful program launches. In Q4 2024, she was promoted to Head of Operations, reflecting her track record of operational leadership, scalable execution, and team development.
