Kristofer’s function at PRIA Healthcare:

Kristofer works with client product leadership teams to develop high level KOL and payer influencer strategies to aid in the implementation of effective MedTech market access strategies. A seasoned market access professional, Kristofer has helped design and lead successful built-to-scale market access campaigns for a diverse array of clients ranging from bootstrapping startups to billion-dollar commercial launches.

Kristofer’s life before joining the People of PRIA Healthcare:

Prior to joining Argenta, Kristofer had over 15 years of experience in advocacy and healthcare policy research. He began his MedTech career as a policy researcher and analysis for a medical policy aggregation service. After becoming an attorney, he directed his attention toward consumer and healthcare issues by founding his own firm. As an attorney he represented individuals in issues related to healthcare and consumer law and provided business expertise in compliance programs focused on provider interactions, including design, training, and implementation.


Kristofer’s life outside of PRIA Healthcare:

Kristofer has been engaged in advocacy through his work and as a volunteer serving on non-profit boards and committees as an advocate for consumers and patients. In his time off he volunteers as a boxing and Special Olympics track coach.

Kristofer works with client product leadership teams to develop high level KOL and payer influencer strategies to aid in the implementation of effective medical technology (“MedTech”) market access strategies. A seasoned market access professional, Kristofer has helped design and lead successful built-to-scale market access campaigns for a diverse array of clients ranging from bootstrapping startups to billion-dollar commercial launches. In his prior role at Argenta Advisors, Kristofer helped bridge the gap between high-level evidence and value proposition development and individual payer, and patient, reimbursement support. He worked with Argenta’s project teams leading cross-functional groups for specific projects, including the creation of complex health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) collateral, executive summaries, advocacy templates, and coding guides. Supporting clients with payer expertise and attorney quality advocacy to help improve patient access to novel MedTech. 


Kristofer has 20 years of experience in advocacy and healthcare policy research. He began his MedTech career as a policy researcher and analysis for a medical policy aggregation service. After becoming an attorney, he directed his attention toward consumer and healthcare issues by founding his own firm. As an attorney he represented individuals in issues related to healthcare and consumer law and provided business expertise in compliance programs focused on provider interactions, including design, training, and implementation. His legal work included direct interaction with HHS OIG on behalf of his clients.


Kristofer is also a recognized advocate for patients and the medical device industry on issues related to access to care. He has represented and supported patients through complex coverage disputes and has personally tried numerous cases before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) in the Medicare appeals system. His advocacy combines regulatory fluency, evidentiary rigor, and practical understanding of payer decision-making dynamics. This experience informs his broader market access strategy work, grounding high-level planning in real-world reimbursement execution and appellate experience.


Kristofer is a member of the MDG Boston, the American Health Law Association, and served as an advisory board member for the Massachusetts Medical Device Development Center (M2D2). He has championed numerous innovation-centered educational forums and presents to large groups as a subject matter expert on issues related to MedTech reimbursement strategy, value-based evidence generation, and market access-related matters.
