Natalie’s function at PRIA Healthcare:

As Director of Human Resources at PRIA Healthcare, Natalie leads the People function and partners closely with leadership to support organizational growth and performance.  As a people leader, she prioritizes building trust with the entire team and upholding high standards of quality.  She believes in following through on commitments and getting ‘into the weeds’ with her team to help achieve their goals.

Natalie’s life before joining the People of PRIA Healthcare:

Prior to joining PRIA, one of Natalie's significant achievements was transforming the HR function at Lake Compounce, where she fostered an environment of trust and collaboration. Leveraging a new HRIS system, her team successfully hired over 1,000 seasonal team members in just four months, a feat that had never been accomplished before. Another notable accomplishment was leading an organization through the implementation of a new HRIS in three months, amidst the challenges of the pandemic. This experience was both challenging and gratifying, and it showcased her ability to navigate complex situations effectively.

Natalie’s life outside of PRIA Healthcare:

In her spare time, Natalie likes to spend time cooking, baking and taking long walks with her family and their dog, Bodi.

Natalie Scinto is the Director of Human Resources at PRIA Healthcare, where she leads the People function and partners closely with leadership to support organizational growth and performance. Her expertise spans HR compliance, people operations, and the strategic use of technology to enhance hybrid and remote workforce engagement.


Prior to joining PRIA Healthcare, Natalie served as Director of People & Organization for a large entertainment company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), certified by the HR Certification Institute.


Natalie’s leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that strong organizations are built through clear expectations, trust, and thoughtful people practices. She focuses on creating compliant, scalable systems that empower employees to do their best work—regardless of where or how they work. Natalie leads with transparency and accountability, viewing HR as a strategic partner that enables both business outcomes and a positive employee experience.
