Sean has spent over 20 years in a variety of finance leadership roles at several services and technology companies including Orion Health, Shareable Ink, and PatientKeeper.

Sean's life outside of PRIA Healthcare:

Sean is married and the proud father of three daughters. He enjoys attending live sporting events and is a dedicated supporter of Arsenal Football Club.

Sean’s full bio:

Sean Donoghue serves as Vice President of Finance and Operations at PRIA Healthcare and is a member of the company’s senior leadership team. He brings more than two decades of experience leading finance and operational strategy within high-growth healthcare and health technology organizations.


At PRIA, Sean is responsible for the company’s financial management, operational infrastructure, and administrative functions. He oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring the organization is positioned for disciplined growth and long-term sustainability. In addition, he leads operational optimization efforts across the business, aligning financial strategy with corporate objectives and supporting scalable systems to enable PRIA’s expanding service lines.


Prior to joining PRIA, Sean served as North American CFO / COO at Orion Health, where he led finance and operations for over a decade. His earlier leadership roles include CFO and VP of Operations at Shareable Ink, Corporate Controller at Humedica, and Director of Finance at PatientKeeper. Across these organizations, Sean played a key role in scaling venture-backed healthcare companies, strengthening financial transparency, and supporting strategic growth initiatives, including periods of expansion and acquisition. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, building a strong foundation in financial reporting and advisory services.


Sean is known for his analytical rigor, operational discipline, and ability to build high-performing teams. He combines strategic financial oversight with practical execution, helping organizations scale responsibly while maintaining fiscal integrity.
