Stephanie's function at PRIA Healthcare:

As Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Stephanie leads the firm’s commercial organization, overseeing corporate growth, marketing and brand positioning, and engagement across the MedTech ecosystem.

Her role centers on ensuring PRIA’s integrated capabilities — spanning strategic reimbursement, reimbursement policy, regulatory and quality, and both pre-commercial and commercial market access — are clearly positioned and aligned with client needs from ideation through commercialization. She works cross-functionally to connect client objectives with the appropriate expertise, align internal teams, and drive a cohesive, end-to-end commercial strategy that supports adoption, scale, and long-term growth.

Stephanie's life before joining the People of PRIA Healthcare:

Prior to PRIA, Stephanie served as Director of Business Development at Triple Ring Technologies, where she supported MedTech companies in product development and early commercialization efforts.

Earlier in her career, she held commercial sales roles at Terason, NeuroMetrix, and Verathon Medical. These roles provided direct exposure to the operational and commercial realities of bringing medical technologies to market, shaping her operator’s mindset and practical understanding of market adoption, customer engagement, and commercialization strategy.

Stephanie's life outside of PRIA Healthcare:

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time on the tennis court and cheering on the Florida Gators with her husband and two teenagers.

Stephanie DeFelice serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at PRIA Healthcare and is a member of the company’s senior leadership team. She brings nearly two decades of experience across the life sciences and MedTech ecosystem, with a career spanning both industry and professional services.


At PRIA, Stephanie leads the firm’s commercial organization, with responsibility for corporate growth, marketing and brand positioning, and engagement across the MedTech ecosystem. She works closely with the PRIA team to ensure the firm’s capabilities are clearly positioned and aligned with client needs from early ideation through full commercialization. The PRIA team delivers integrated services across strategic reimbursement, reimbursement policy, regulatory and quality, and both pre-commercial and commercial market access, including patient access programs and payer engagement. Stephanie and the commercial team work together to connect client needs with the right expertise, align internal teams, and ensure a cohesive, end-to-end commercial approach that supports successful adoption and scale.


Prior to joining PRIA, Stephanie served as Director of Business Development at Triple Ring Technologies, where she supported MedTech companies across product development and early commercialization initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held commercial sales roles at several successful medical device companies, including Terason, NeuroMetrix, and Verathon Medical, giving her firsthand perspective on the realities of bringing innovative technologies to market.


Stephanie is known for her strategic, client-first approach and for building trusted relationships across the MedTech ecosystem. She brings an operator’s mindset to commercial leadership, with a focus on clarity, alignment, and long-term growth.
