Stephanie DeFelice serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at PRIA Healthcare and is a member of the company’s senior leadership team. She brings nearly two decades of experience across the life sciences and MedTech ecosystem, with a career spanning both industry and professional services.
At PRIA, Stephanie leads the firm’s commercial organization, with responsibility for corporate growth, marketing and brand positioning, and engagement across the MedTech ecosystem. She works closely with the PRIA team to ensure the firm’s capabilities are clearly positioned and aligned with client needs from early ideation through full commercialization. The PRIA team delivers integrated services across strategic reimbursement, reimbursement policy, regulatory and quality, and both pre-commercial and commercial market access, including patient access programs and payer engagement. Stephanie and the commercial team work together to connect client needs with the right expertise, align internal teams, and ensure a cohesive, end-to-end commercial approach that supports successful adoption and scale.
Prior to joining PRIA, Stephanie served as Director of Business Development at Triple Ring Technologies, where she supported MedTech companies across product development and early commercialization initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held commercial sales roles at several successful medical device companies, including Terason, NeuroMetrix, and Verathon Medical, giving her firsthand perspective on the realities of bringing innovative technologies to market.
Stephanie is known for her strategic, client-first approach and for building trusted relationships across the MedTech ecosystem. She brings an operator’s mindset to commercial leadership, with a focus on clarity, alignment, and long-term growth.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys time on the tennis court and cheering on the Florida Gators with her husband and two teenagers.
